Crush Momo provides online food ordering and delivery services. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. After placing an order, you may receive confirmation via phone, SMS, or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected misuse.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through SSLCOMMERZ. We do not store or have access to your sensitive payment information such as card details, PIN, or mobile banking credentials. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver orders within the following timeframes:
– Inside Dhaka: within 5 days
– Outside Dhaka: within 10 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or operational issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or prepared. Once an order has been confirmed and processing has started, cancellation may not be possible. Crush Momo reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in valid cases such as incorrect, damaged, or missing items. Customers must report such issues within a reasonable time after receiving the order. After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
User Responsibility & Website Use
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while placing orders. Any misuse of the website, including placing fake orders, providing false information, or attempting fraudulent transactions, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict or block access in such cases.

Crush Momo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, service interruptions, or technical issues.
